Websites for plumbers, built around the call.

We build and host websites for plumbers, with your services, service area and hours, a call button and a request form, for $49/month or $39/month paid yearly. You change it yourself in plain English. When there’s water where it shouldn’t be, people want proof that you fix their problem, that you come to their street, and a way to call you now.

What people look for

What do people look for on a plumber’s website?

A number they can tap, their problem listed by name, and your service area. Some visitors have a burst pipe and others are planning a bathroom, so your site has to work for both.

  • A number they can tap.

On a phone, the call button is the most important thing on the page. It sits at the top of every screen, not buried in a footer.

  • Their problem, by name.

Drain cleaning, water heaters, leaks, sewer lines, repiping, fixtures. When people see their problem listed, they don’t have to guess whether to call.

  • Your service area.

The towns you cover, listed plainly, so nobody calls from two counties over and nobody nearby assumes you’re too far.

  • When you’re open.

Your hours as you work them. If you take after-hours calls, say so in your words; if you don’t, say that too.

  • A reason to trust you.

A license number, photos of your own jobs, words from real customers. These go on only when you add them, because they have to be true.

What we build

What’s on the website we build you?

Your services, a list of the towns you cover, “Call now” and “Request service” buttons, your hours and an About section, written for plumbing work. You decide what stays.

  • Services. Plumbing repairs, fixtures and faucets, water heaters and drain cleaning to start, or the services you already list publicly. Add sewer lines, gas lines, sump pumps or remodel plumbing when you want them.
  • Service area. A “Where we work” list of towns, with a line for anyone who isn’t sure they’re in range.
  • Call and request buttons. “Call now” and “Request service” at the top. Requests from the form come straight to your email.
  • Hours and contact details. Phone, email and opening hours, plus your address if you want it shown.
  • About. A short section in your words: who you are and the jobs you like doing.
  • Your photos. Upload photos of your own work whenever you have them, like a clean water heater install or a finished bathroom.

The editor

Can I make changes without calling anyone?

Yes. Sign in and type what you want changed in plain English, or use a simple form. You see each change before it goes live, and every version is saved, so you can always go back.

Plain English, for example

  • “Add tankless water heaters to our services.”
  • “Take sewer line repair off the list.”
  • “We’re open Saturdays 8 to noon now.”
  • “Add Riverside to the towns we cover.”

Prices only appear if you add them. We never guess what you charge.

We build your website, not your booking, invoicing or dispatch software. The tools you already use keep running the business.

Questions

What else do plumbers ask?

How much does a website for a plumber cost?

With us, $49/month, or $39/month paid yearly ($468/yr), plus applicable tax. Building the first version is free; the plan covers hosting, the editor and enquiries sent to your email.

Should my website list prices?

Only if you want it to. If you charge flat rates for things like drain cleaning, add them yourself and they show exactly as you write them.

Can customers book a time on the site?

Not on a live calendar. “Request service” opens a short form that comes to your email, and you reply or call back. If you already use scheduling software, keep using it.

Can I have a page just for water heaters?

Yes. Ask the editor to add a page, and it builds one from what’s already on your site. Then change the wording to suit.

Other trades

Do you build websites for other trades?

Yes. Every site starts from sections written for its trade, and these are the most common.

How do I get started?

Email Rob and tell us what you do and where you work. We’ll build a first version around it and show it to you.
