HVAC websites that answer the first questions.

We build and host websites for heating and cooling contractors, with the systems you install and service, the towns you cover and an estimate form, for $49/month or $39/month paid yearly. You change it yourself in plain English. People look for help when the house is too cold or too hot, and pick someone nearby who works on their kind of system.

What people look for

What do homeowners look for on an HVAC website?

The systems you work on, whether you repair, replace or maintain them, and whether you cover their town. Some want a repair today and others are weighing a new system; both check those first.

  • The systems you work on.

Heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, central air, ductwork. People search for their own equipment, so each service gets a plain description.

  • Repair, replacement or maintenance.

Say which you do. If you offer maintenance plans, describe them in your words; if you don’t, the site doesn’t pretend you do.

  • Whether you cover their town.

A plain list of the towns you serve, so people nearby don’t have to call to find out.

  • A quick way to reach you.

A call button at the top of every screen, and a short estimate form for bigger jobs.

  • Brands and credentials, if you have them.

Equipment brands you install, certifications, license numbers. They go on only when you add them.

What we build

What’s on the website we build you?

Your services, the towns you cover, “Call now” and “Request an estimate” buttons, your hours and an About section, written for heating and cooling work. Move, hide or add to any of them.

  • Services. Heat pumps, air conditioning, furnaces and boilers, and repairs and maintenance to start, or the services you already list publicly. Add ductwork, insulation, heat pump water heaters or geothermal when you want them.
  • Service area. A “Where we work” list of towns, and a line for anyone unsure whether they’re in range.
  • Call button and estimate form. “Call now” and “Request an estimate” at the top. Enquiries from the form go straight to your email.
  • Hours and contact details. Phone, email and opening hours, plus your address if you want it shown.
  • About. A few sentences in your words about who you are and the work you take on.
  • Your photos. Your own installs, uploaded from the editor whenever you have them.

The editor

Can I change it when the season changes?

Yes. Sign in and type what you want changed in plain English, or use a simple form. You see each change before it goes live, and every version is saved, so you can always go back.

Plain English, for example

  • “Move air conditioning to the top for the summer.”
  • “Put furnace repair first.”
  • “Add heat pump water heaters to our services.”
  • “Add a page about maintenance plans.”

We don’t add rebate, tax credit or efficiency claims for you. Programs and rules change, so if you mention one, keep it in your words and up to date.

We build your website, not your booking, invoicing or dispatch software. The tools you already use keep running the business.

Questions

What else do HVAC contractors ask?

How much does a website for an HVAC contractor cost?

With us, $49/month, or $39/month paid yearly ($468/yr), plus applicable tax. Building the first version is free; the plan covers hosting, the editor and enquiries sent to your email.

Can I list the brands I install?

Yes. Add them in the editor, in your services or the About section. We never claim dealer or certification status for you; that has to come from you.

Should heating and cooling have separate pages?

Not at first. One page that lists both clearly is a good start. When one side of the work grows, ask the editor to add a page for it.

Can the site say we offer emergency service?

If you do, yes, in your words. The call button dials your phone directly from every screen. The estimate form comes to your email, so it suits jobs that can wait.

Other trades

Do you build websites for other trades?

Yes. Every site starts from sections written for its trade, and these are the most common.

How do I get started?

Email Rob and tell us what you do and where you work. We’ll build a first version around it and show it to you.
